This blog is therapy.  There’s no two ways about it.

Having been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in October 2011, I took to electronic pen and paper to share my experiences with those closest to me, and who were interested in hearing what I have to say.  It turns out, I found the process quite helpful.

After restarting chemo following an 18 month remission, I decided to up my game and launch a blog.  I hope to continue offering my unique blend of humor, irreverence, insight and emotion that readers of my earlier emails claim to have enjoyed.  Be warned – there may be inside jokes or references that elude you.  I’ll do my best to offer appropriate background whenever possible.

So, have at it. If you’d like, please scroll all the way down to subscribe to receive automatic updates.

And enjoy!
